Roles we fill · Sales
Sales
The people who answer the phone, qualify the lead and keep the pipeline honest.
What it covers
Sales support covers everything between an enquiry arriving and a deal being worked: picking it up, qualifying it, booking it, logging it, and staying on it. Most businesses lose more revenue to enquiries going cold than to losing deals on merit.
What they do
- Answer and qualify inbound enquiries before they go cold
- Book discovery calls and manage the calendar around them
- Run outbound sequences and follow-up cadences
- Keep the CRM accurate — stages, notes, next actions
- Manage existing accounts, renewals and check-ins
- Prepare quotes, proposals and follow-up material
Titles we hire for
- Intake Specialist / Receptionist
- Inbound Sales Receptionist
- Account Manager
- Business Development
- Account Executive
- Customer Service Representative
Working remotely
Time zone matters more here than anywhere else
Sales is phone, email and CRM work — it was remote-ready long before remote was normal. The constraint is not location, it is response time. An enquiry that waits until tomorrow morning is usually gone, which is why a team working your hours is worth more here than in any other discipline.
7–9 hours of overlap with a 9–6 New York day
- Mexico City 8h
- Bogotá 9h
- Lima 9h
- Santiago 8h
- Buenos Aires 7h
- São Paulo 7h
Each bar is that city's own 9am–6pm, placed on New York time. Based on standard UTC offsets; daylight saving shifts some rows by an hour.
Choosing a level
Which level do you actually need?
The same three rates apply across every discipline. What changes is how much judgement the work needs.
- Entry $7–10/hr
Qualifying inbound to a script, booking calls, CRM hygiene. Best where your process is already written down.
- Mid $11–15/hr
Owning a pipeline end to end, running discovery, handling objections without a script.
- Expert $16+/hr
Building the sales process itself, coaching the rest of the team, owning the number.
Guidance, not a quote — the level is agreed on the call. Full pricing
Before the call
What to have ready.
The search starts on the discovery call. These four answers are what make it a good one.
- 01 Which CRM you run and whether they will have full access
- 02 Where leads come from, and roughly how many a week
- 03 Whether they qualify and hand off, or carry the deal themselves
- 04 Your hours of coverage — especially if you take calls
